Loved this quote: "Today is a new day! You are free to heal, to have peace and pure happiness. not "need" a reason to have these things. It is supposed to have. His divine spirit is waiting to be released within you at all potential, before taking the shackles of the mind's thoughts error saying "can not be achieved." I think sometimes we put suffering into our selves with our thoughts?

I agree with everything except the divine. All of us, regardless of faith (or lack thereof) have the ability to make our world and the world a better place if we ignore that little voice of doubt.
