Simple Happiness

If you are not happy, why not?

Most likely it is because they want something that you have not, objects or conditions. This is probably not a sufficient reason and a review of their situation and perceptions may be in order.

You may have seen the video of children in very poor countries playing and laughing without worrying that they should have more to be happy. They are happy because they are playing because they have friends and family, and some food to eat that day. Everyone has the right to be happy, and if they can be in your situation, you do not?

Happiness is within us, in our minds, in our thinking. They are not external material things or experiences, but the enjoyment of our thoughts and feelings. This is good because our thoughts, and therefore our happiness, is up to us.

Start by reviewing things you have to be happy and live in them. Do not overlook small or basic things we take for granted.

Make a habit of replacing unhappy with thoughts thoughts happy. Every time a poor image comes into your mind, eject and replace it with a nice. We all have some nice experiences to remember and usually there's little pleasures around us most of the time. You can imagine pleasant experiences, and have a similar positive impact.

Establish the principles of good conduct and you agree with these principles. Love, or at least be tolerant, your fellow men. Do not try too hard for which, ultimately, will not make you happier.
