Getting control of allergies, emotions, feelings, sadness, joy, etc?
How can you make it succeed? Is there a course? What is the duration? Please help!
What is sounds like is that they simply are not in control of himself. Also act like you is the president of any country. You're too important to get angry or sad about what they have and just put them in the background and think about these things unimportant later.
