Diagnosis of mental disorders?
I wondered if maybe someone could give me a guess as to what, if any, the mental may have. I'm twenty-year male students in Ireland has been supporting this for about two years or more. My symptoms are:-Long events prolonged extreme depression and the overwhelming happiness that lasts only minutes (only happens once in a while)-Suicidal thoughts when I'm wrong just autonomous a handful of occasions, a feeling of hopelessness and low self-esteem, a sense of responsibility for things outside my control-Override little anxiety that I am dreading the moment mild alcohol-Feeling lethargic, can not sleep at night, sometimes, once asleep, you can sleep a whole day.
GAD – disorder general anxiety. A doctor may prescribe benzodiazepines and antidepressants. You could try 25-50 mg of 5-HTP, 400 mg of St. John's Wort each day (available counter).
