Should I keep waiting? Should I quit?

I met someone in the chat room and make a long story short, we started a beautiful relationship, we dream together, plan things, both shared happiness. He is a good man and I have no bad words to say about it. We have not met in person, But we saw each other via webcam. If anyone can tell his sincerity, that would be me. He plans to visit my country and I hope this month, but what happened was suddenly have not heard anything from him.
