I think the information system is a good idea badly executed. People reported that they deserve it, but I really do not think the report was actually read, while some reports are totally unjustified and get treated the same way.The complaints procedures in place are no better, responding to a report and all I get is a prude e-mail stating the terms and conditions with no further action.
