I need design ideas for the logo of a "soft construction company?

I'm trying to design a web site for construction a friend a good company, Builders of Goodwill (Motto: "Building for you as we would build for us.") The guy who running a big believer in peace and spirituality. Your company has been building portable buildings for the past 15 years, branching into custom homes in past five years. (Photos of her work can be found at its current site, www.goodwillbuilders.com, but be warned that the site layout and design is terrible. I did not design the monstrosity). The message I want to convey is the owner's philosophy (peace, the forgiveness, happiness) but I do not want to lose the strength of a construction company.
