Happiness This Way

Documentary about happiness?

I decided to make my project top output on happiness. I tried to show that happiness is an internal state mind not effected by external sources. I am currently looking for "documentary" on happiness. So far, I have this life emotional PBS. The documentaries do not have to be traditional, for example I'm using the movie "babies." Any heading, information, links, etc for movies you think might be useful for me would be great.
